// Das Problem
Initial Situation
The creation of localized advertising materials, especially brochures and flyers, was previously a purely manual process at KiK. Translations, price updates, and legal adjustments were carried out in close coordination and with high-quality standards.
Challenge
However, with increasing expansion, these established processes reached scaling limits. The effort was high, processing times were long, and isolated manual errors could not always be avoided despite the utmost care.
Consequence
Without an automated solution, extending localization to other European countries was not feasible in terms of cost and time. Manual translations led to delays and inconsistent prices.
