As a Senior AI Integration Engineer, you will design, develop, and orchestrate highly performant, agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines. You will bridge the gap between modern Foundation Models (LLMs) and our clients' legacy systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Pimcore, Akeneo).

// Your Responsibilities

  • Conception and implementation of Multi Step AI Agent Pipelines (e.g. based on the Antigravity SDK).

  • Integration and orchestration of Large Language Models (LLMs) for automated product descriptions, attribute mappings, and OCR processes.

  • Development of robust interfaces (APIs) to ERP, PIM, and shop systems.

  • Optimization of response times, costs, and output quality (prompt engineering, fine tuning preparation, caching).

  • Management of deployment and monitoring of AI solutions on cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, Vercel, Docker).

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development (preferably TypeScript/JavaScript, Python).

  • Deep knowledge in Generative AI, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini), RAG, and vector databases.

  • Experience with PIM systems (Pimcore, Akeneo) or enterprise ERPs (SAP, Dynamics) is a major plus.

  • Passion for clean, maintainable code (Clean Code, Design Patterns).

  • Fluent German and good English skills in speaking and writing.

    As a Product Manager Commerce AI, you will lead product development projects and guide the implementation of AI-based business solutions (e.g. Conversational Agents, Recommendation Engines, Visual Search, AI PIM Enrichment). You will work closely at the interface between enterprise clients, data scientists, and developers.

  • Definition of the product roadmap and prioritization of the backlog for our AI commerce modules.

  • Analysis and documentation of customer requirements for AI solutions in mid market E Commerce.

  • Leadership of cross-functional project teams during the implementation of AI interfaces and machine learning pipelines.

  • Establishment of KPIs to measure value creation (ROI, time to market, error rate reduction) of our AI solutions.

  • Close cooperation with management to develop our boutique service portfolios.

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management for digital products or SaaS platforms.

  • Fundamental technical understanding of API structures, databases, and machine learning concepts.

  • Experience in E Commerce, ERP PIM systems, or digital agency operations is an advantage.

    As a Junior Backend Developer, you will support our core engineering team in creating and maintaining system integrations. You will write adapter code, implement data validation pipelines, and perform mapping for PIM and ERP catalogs.

    // Your Responsibilities

  • Development and maintenance of REST and GraphQL interfaces (Node.js/TypeScript).

  • Creation of scripts for automated data transformation and cleaning.

  • Integration and configuration of standard interfaces to Pimcore, Akeneo, and Shopware.

  • Writing integration tests to secure our API pipelines.

  • Documentation of interfaces and data models.

  • First practical experience in software development (e.g. through university, bootcamp, or private projects).

  • Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js. Python is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and REST APIs.

  • Good communication skills in German and English.
